When we first started, there was no available energy audit software or standard, and so we devised our own… It has become bigger over the years, but we still offer bespoke Energy Audits based on our original engine, driven by U-values and weather data (we incorporate elements of SAP and can use SAP software if required).

We will measure your house, make note of all materials, work out where your heat is going, and then present our findings together with scenarios as to how best spend your money for a healthier and more comfortable home.

We include budget costs, options evaluation for both fabric improvements and low carbon technologies, and an investment plan.

We also produce bespoke and independent Energy Audits, Sustainability Reports, and Feasibility Studies for commercial clients, should they be required for strategic planning, planning applications, or funding bids.

Clients have included architects, developers, local authorities, schools, and charities.
